A registrar is an entity providing procedural and related technical services to the registrants who choose this registrar.
KTU IPC is an accredited provider of services to the .lt, .eu, .com., .net, .org and .info domains. The accreditation means that choosing KTU IPC for the domain creation and other procedural services would ensure proper performance of the procedures defined by the domain registries (i.e., the authorised procedures will be performed on behalf of the registrars and the registrant of the IPC will be indicated as the domain holder).
The IPC provides procedural services related to domain creation and DNS management. The IPC does not provide other services related to website hosting, server rental or email.
