How to grant the login rights to the account for the domain’s technical management to the third parties?

If a domain holder wants to assign another person for technical issues (creation of DNS records, etc.), he/she can create separate access to the account for the third parties, i.e., technical administrator. The technical administrators only perform the technical management functions of the domain. They cannot manage the domain, i.e., perform the transfer of the registrar, domain trade procedures, etc. We recommend not to disclose the domain holder’s login identifiers to the technical managers and the third parties.

The login rights to the account for technical management can be granted to the third parties by logging onto the account and selecting the menu item “Technical contacts”. Enter the correct data of the persons who will be granted the right to the technical management of the domain, click the button “Create a new contact”.

If a technical administrator is replaced, a technical contact can be deleted and a new one can be created avoiding the risks of possible unauthorised actions.
