What authentication methods are used for the users of domains.lt?

A login name and password are used to log onto the account. If you want to increase the security of the login to your account at domains.lt, it is recommended to activate two-factor authentication.

To activate or deactivate two-factor authentication, you have to log onto your account and select a link “Two-factor authentication” in the menu item “Data change”. After uploading the one-time password generation for login to domains.lt to your telephone, tick to save TOTP code on the website and click the button “Activate”.

When the two-factor authentication is activated, the next time you enter your login name and password to log onto your account at domains.lt, you will be additionally requested to enter TOTP code that you will see in the app on your smart telephone with the installed app in which you have uploaded the generation of one-time passwords.

To deactivate two-factor authentication, you have to log onto your account and select a link “Two-factor authentication” in the menu item “Data change”. Tick deactivation and click the button “Deactivate”.
