When the registrants fill in an inquiry form, they have to provide the precise data and constantly update them. The registry of the top-level .lt domain collects correct and detailed information about the second-level .lt domains and their holders.
If the .lt domain registry has doubts regarding the accuracy of the domain holder’s data, the registrant receives an email to the email address specified in the account. If the provided information is accurate, you do not need to take any action. If the information has changed, you have to log onto the self-service at https://domains.lt/en/ and immediately update your data.
Regarding the data that the registrant cannot change (person’s name, country, VAT code, legal entity code), the registrant has to apply to the IPC.
More information on how to respond to the inquiries by the .lt registry is available here: https://www.domreg.lt/en/faq/for-domain-registrants/how-to-reply-to-the-requests-by-lt-registry/
